We are looking for an organised, friendly admin assistant with over 3 years experience with a Level 3 or higher qualification.

Job duties include calendar updating, diary management, dealing with customer enquiries, answering the phone, responding to emails, record keeping, document creation and design, updating website, filing, ordering items, liaising with team leaders and managing director

Key attributes: organised, great customer service, ability to multi-task, proficient in Microsoft Office tools, ability to handle booking systems and busy customer enquiries, an interest in animals

Farmhand & Customer Service Assistant (full-time):

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable animal enthusiast to help on the farm.

Job duties include animal husbandry, customer tours and occasional assistance with offsite events, parties, TV & film visits. 

Key attributes: preferably an animal management qualification, great customer service, efficient, good time management, team worker, capable of taking instructions, drivers license, own form of transport, over 18

Weekend Farmhand & Shop Assistant (part-time):

We are looking for a friendly, approachable assistant to manage our check in area at weekends and during busy periods in the holidays.

Job duties include welcoming customers on arrival, checking customers in, giving health & safety talks to small groups of customers, serving refreshments to customers and occasionally assisting with animal husbandry and onsite events. 

Key attributes: great customer service, team worker, organised, presentable, approachable, an interest in animals, over 18

General Farm Manager (full-time):

We are looking for an experienced, mature and trustworthy Farm Manager with a proven track record of running a petting farm or similar attraction.

Job duties include managing the site, livestock, staff and vehicles on a day to day basis, reporting to the managing director and liaising with the office manager, animal welfare & husbandry, record keeping, planning, rotas, maintenance, healthy & safety, dealing with customers and reaching targets

Key attributes: Level 3 or higher animal management qualification, experience in managing a petting farm or similar, great customer service, team leader, organised, proactive, flexible, sales experience, drivers license, own form of transport

Volunteers

You can apply to be a volunteer at our farm. Perfect for someone who loves pigs and would enjoy working on a farm in their free time. Please fill out the below form, with all of your details, and we will contact you back! All volunteers must be over 17 and must be capable of working on a farm with livestock and able to take instruction for supervisors. Own transport is essential.
