Radio Christmas! – Kew Little Pigs Farm

Radio Christmas!

This morning I had the absolute pleasure of being invited to chat to the fabulous Mimi Harker OBE live on Radio Christmas.

Celebrating 10 years of air time and 10 years of incredible charity work, Radio Christmas started on a previous radio project they helped with called Christmas Cracker.

Radio Christmas is a project of STREET KIDS DIRECT a Registered Charity in England and Wales (No. 1102894). The charity guarantees that 100% of all its donations go DIRECTLY to the projects they are supporting in Latin America.

Both the charity and Radio Christmas was founded by Duncan Dyason, a youth worker, who has a passion for reaching children and young people on the margins of society.

The team have made their temporary festive radio home at the ever accommodating Cafe Africa (who by the way make delicious breakfast!) and are working round the clock to spread their festive cheer and help raise money for such a fantastic cause.

I joined the ever glamorous Mimi early this morning to talk about the KLP farm, our piggies and what we've been getting up to this last year, highlighting our Save the Children Christmas campaign and discussing our plans for the 2019 year of the pig!

There are so many ways you can get involved with Radio Christmas, either by tuning in, texting or calling the station or donating: https://www.radiochristmas.co.uk/index.php

Happy Christmas!
