Miniature Pig of the month January 2020

Our gorgeous sow Susan is January's miniature pig of the month. 

Susan was born on March 7th, 2017 to Nina and White Stripe. 

Despite being the smallest sow on the farm, Susan definitely has the biggest personality! 

Noisy, slightly stubborn and at time's very affectionate, dear Susan has captured the hearts of the KLP team and customers alike. 

In her showgirl days, Susan used to take part in pig racing with Dobby, Freida, and Peanut, enjoying her road trips to the celebrated 'Pet Show' event. 

On August 16th 2019 Susan farrowed 7 healthy piglets, 4 girls, and 3 boys at around 12noon. Milo was the proud father. 

Her natural maternal instincts meant Susan took to motherhood well, caring for her brood up until they were weaned and vaccinated.

Susan now lives peacefully on the KLP farm and loves to welcome visitors.
