This is why they are known for rolling around in mud...wallowing in mud baths cools them off, and this what our piggies have been doing LOTS of recently during this heatwave!
And our brilliant farm staff have been spending their days hosing down the pigs, filling up their paddling pools and spraying sun cream on the piglets. It's a hard life for the KLP pigs!

Over the past month, our farm team has grown and we are pleased to welcome Genny, Zoe, Sandalee and Madeleine to the KLP family. You'll be shown around by these friendly faces on your visit, and they already know all the pigs by name and will teach you interesting, fun facts on your tour of the farm!
We are counting down the minutes until Peanut farrows her second litter of piglets! She's looking VERY pregnant and we are so excited to meet her little ones. Keep an eye on our social media for updates...
We have been booking inpig keeping coursesfor excited potential pig owners. If you're not ready to buy a pig yet, why not do the course to understand the requirements and responsibilities of owning a pet pig.
