Save the Children
Even if Christmas is over, here at Kew Little Pigs we still believe that helping others is very important.
Save the Children are a charity who were founded on the belief that 'every child has the potential to change the world'. They believe that every child should have the chance to thrive, instead of just survive. By helping children after crisis's, such as the Cyclone IDAI appeal which is currently ongoing, they raise money to make sure that every child has a chance at life, instead of having this taken away from them.
At Kew Little Pigs, we had a great time filming with Save the Children for their Christmas Jumper Campaign, as well as dressing our piggies up in adorable outfits, it was incredible to be part of something that could change so many lives.
We have decided to keep working with Save the Children, and in case you weren't aware, we are donating 20% off of each 1 Hour Visit that we sell to Save the Children throughout all of 2019. This gives the charity a chance to help even more children, just by you coming to cuddle our piggies for an hour!
We have currently raised £484.80 for this amazing charity, in just three months. Imagine what we could raise, if more people purchased this experience from us and we were able to sell even more tickets!
If you love piggies, or if you're looking for a fun way to entertain your kiddies this Easter, then book a 1 hour visit to Kew Little Pigs, and know that in turn, you're helping children to live the life they deserve.
“We are tremendously grateful for Kew Little Pigs’ support of Save the Children through their one-hour farm visits. Support like this is vital in helping us to achieve our vision to ensure every child doesn’t just survive, but thrives so they can realise their full potential and make their mark on the world. We do whatever it takes – every day and in times of crisis – to transform children’s lives and would like to thank Kew Little Pigs for helping us in this mission.” Laura Skinner, Senior Partnerships Manager
