One-time rebookings are available to customers booked directly through Kew Little Pigs Farm Ltd, please note customers booked with third-party vouchers (including and not limited to Groupon, Wowcher, BuyAGift, Red Letter Days, Wonder Days, Virgin Experience Days) are not eligible for rebooking, refunds or cancellations.
Off-peak Piggy Pet & Play bookings can only be rescheduled to off-peak dates (Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the summer during term-time and Wednesdays and Thursdays in the winter during term-time). Off-peak bookings can be rescheduled to peak time sessions for an upgrade fee.
Rebooking requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booking to be eligible. Requests may take up to 7 days to process.
“I joined the team in September of 2021 as a Farm Hand. This was my first proper job and the experience was very insightful as working with animals there is never a dull moment. I have always loved animals and have had many different animals growing up such as guinea pigs, rabbits, dogs and horses so I knew the animal industry was a career I would like to be involved in. Since joining Kew Little Pigs Farm I have had the opportunity to care for the animals and share my knowledge with all the customers that have visited the farm. I was promoted to Head Farm Hand in January 2023.
