Julia’s pregnancy came to an end last night with the arrival of one very special little piglet.
Hope, as we have called him here on the farm is receiving special care from farm staff and from Julia, but he is very small.
We are keeping our fingers crossed that everyone’s efforts help Hope survive, and please keep him in your thoughts.
Olivia, owner of Kew Little Pigs, said: “We were so excited for the arrival of Julia’s piglets, and Julia is so ready to be a mum, so we are praying that Hope thrives here with us and she gets her wish.
“Julia is such a lovely pig, and Hope is such an adorable tiny piglet we are all doing the very best we can for them.”

“I joined the team in September of 2021 as a Farm Hand. This was my first proper job and the experience was very insightful as working with animals there is never a dull moment. I have always loved animals and have had many different animals growing up such as guinea pigs, rabbits, dogs and horses so I knew the animal industry was a career I would like to be involved in. Since joining Kew Little Pigs Farm I have had the opportunity to care for the animals and share my knowledge with all the customers that have visited the farm. I was promoted to Head Farm Hand in January 2023.
