Devastation as our beloved goats are STOLEN overnight

We are devastated to announce that our beloved goats have been stolen overnight.

This morning we were heartbroken to discover that thieves had broken into the farm and taken Sunday, Comet, Rose and Blitzen from their pen.

These goats are members of our family and we can’t believe that this has happened. Especially as our security is so tight.

We are urgently appealing for anyone who is offered goats for sale, or has any information to get in touch with us directly, or by calling police on 111.

This is not the first time that our goats have been the target of crime.

In October 2022 our previous family of goats were taken following a late night raid, which promoted us to ramp up security and CCTV at the farm.

Olivia Mikhail, owner of Kew Little Pigs, said: “This is a devastating day and we are all utterly heartbroken. These are loving, tame goats who are used to receiving love, and to think that something terrible could be happening to them is unfathomable. We are all in shock.

“At this stage I honestly don’t think we can have goats here again, it’s soul destroying when something like this happens to animals that you love so much.”

If you have any information about the goats call 01494 726993 – we can treat your call anonymously. We just want the goats to come home.

Millie - Head Farm Hand

“I joined the team in September of 2021 as a Farm Hand.  This was my first proper job and the experience was very insightful as working with animals there is never a dull moment. I have always loved animals and have had many different animals growing up such as guinea pigs, rabbits, dogs and horses so I knew the animal industry was a career I would like to be involved in. Since joining Kew Little Pigs Farm I have had the opportunity to care for the animals and share my knowledge with all the customers that have visited the farm. I was promoted to Head Farm Hand in January 2023.

I look forward to my journey here at Kew Little Pigs Farm and hope to see you on the farm soon!”
